Project Description The airport journey experience is widely renowned as being frustrating and confusing with the number of passengers rapidly increasing problems are set to grow. AirCom is a holistic end to end solution to the current inefficiencies in airport management and communication, designed in direct collaboration with the airport authority BAA and the self-service experts NCR. Taking a user centered approach AirCom uses a scalable mobile service network of intelligent and professional communication tools to intuitively unite all users for the first time. The portable design makes management and staff more approachable, and maximises productivity giving instant access to live and retrospective information. AirCom Tool Hub programs enhance the personalised service through a seamless integration of the existing airport infrastructure.
